A wee message to say thank you for our cake on Sunday. It looked fab and was absolutely delicious. We have had so many compliments and you’ll be glad to hear there isn’t much left. Everyone was raving about the coconut and ginger layers. Gregors mum loves ginger cake and she said to me this morning I actually think the coconut was my favourite. So glad we decided to mix it up.

I would highly recommend cakes by Lynsey. I had a very simple but specific picture in my mind of what wedding cake I wanted and Lynsey got it so right! The cake looked amazing and it was so tasty! All the guests commented on how nice the cake was and some even came by the following day wanting another slice. I will be ordering from Lynsey for any cakes I need in the future!! Thank you!! 😊

I ordered the box of Cakesicles as a gift for my son and his fiancée - they were delivered on time and looked fabulous - they also tasted delicious - had to change from collection to delivery but this was absolutely no problem for Lynsey - would highly recommend.
