FAQs

The best way to contact me is via email or any of my social media accounts. If you would prefer to call please leave a voicemail including your name, number and date requested. I cannot return any calls unless a voicemail has been left. All celebration cakes over £50 require a non refundable deposit of £25 to secure the booking, for weddings it`s a non refundable deposit of £100, please see my T`s + C`s for more information.

I deliver across the whole of central Scotland, prices are based on the distance so get in touch for a quote. I also offer postal cakes perfect for sending a gift to someone, check out the Small things gallery for more details.

I can provide cakes made with gluten free flour and products but as I work with products including gluten on a daily basis I cannot guarantee there will be no traces of gluten.

The same rules apply to nuts, I can ensure no nuts are used when making your cake when requested but I cannot guarantee there will be no traces of nuts.

I do not provide dairy free, egg free or vegan cakes.

For wedding cakes I recommend securing your date at least 10 months in advance but really the longer the better. For celebration cakes I need at least 4 weeks notice but I am often booked out 6 months in advance so it`s never too early. You don`t need to know what you want, it`s more about securing the date in my diary.

I do occasionally have last minute space for buttercream cakes so please do get in touch with any requests.

I currently work from home and have all relevant health and safety qualifications. If you would like to pop in for a chat please ensure you make an appointment first.

At the moment I am avoiding all cash payments and my preferred method of payment is bank transfer. I can however accept online card payments and Paypal.

I occasionally do a wee discount, seasonal special offers and competitions on my social media pages, follow me on Instagram and Facebook to keep up to date with these.
