About Me

Hi, I’m Lynsey, the owner, creator and sole baker at Custom Cakes. I come from a pastry chef background where I have worked in some of Scotland`s most prestigious hotels and restaurants. From a young age I have always loved baking and cake decorating, I took the leap and branched out on my own in 2011 and turned my hobby into my career and I’ve never looked back.
